I have a form that needs to be completed for each employee of the submittor. How can I structure this so that the user can save the form at the end of one employee and then have another blank for appear to enter another employee's information? When the user has finished completing the form for each employee, then he would click a "Save and Submit All" button to submit the forms. Is the only way to accomplish this by having new pages in the form with the same field on each page?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting support.

Please take a look at this form: https://secure.jotformpro.com/form/33567317142958

It sends the submitter back to the form if the "Are You Done?" option is checked. If it is not, then the session terminates with a thank you page.

    Would this work for you?

If it does, all you need is a checkbox field asking the form submitter whether they would like to add a new record.

Add two Submit Buttons, rename one as "Save and New" and the other as "Save and Complete"

Create Three conditional logic rules (Highlighted in Yellow)that will tell the form what to do (basically, save and reload the form) when the form user wants to fill out another record:

    1.  IF Are You Done? Is Filled

    SHOW Save and New

    2.  IF Are You Done? Is Empty

    SHOW Save and Complete

    3.  IF Are You Done? Is Filled
