    Hi,

You have two notifications with email recipient "budgettranscription@gmail.com". I also tested your form here and it went through fine as indicated on the mail logs.

    /var/log/jotform/smtpEMAIL.log:[23/Dec/2013:23:38:36 -0500] NoUserName SendMail to budgettranscription@gmail.com from budgettranscription@gmail.com Last-Form-ID :  IP : 112.207.146.81 Form-ID: 33568096290462

You should received this test submission with your email. I would suggest checking your spam folder as well. The email was successfully delivered by Jotform according to the log above.

There should be a separate folder created within your Dropbox depending on your folder setup on the Dropbox Integration Wizard. Open that folder, and you should find the files uploaded from your form.

If the dropbox issue still persists, please create a new thread about it so we can focus on rectifying that issue without changing the main topic on this thread.

    Regards!
