    Can I set my customers emails as the sender/from email in the Notifications?

    Hello, 

    Thank you for contacting us. 

    If you are thinking of putting the customers email address on the notification 'sender email' field  (highlighted in red below), that may not be possible, because you would have to authenticate each email address. 

    You may, with the right authentication, use the customer's SMTP service to send notifications, but I imagine this may not be an ideal solution for you. 

    The only field you can modify is the senders name (highlighted in green above), which you can have any field on the form populate the name, so your customer's name can appear as the sender, regardless of the email field.

    Perhaps if you shared what you would like the notification email to accomplish, as well as your client density (in terms of variety and volume), perhaps we can suggest a workaround for you?

    We take in orders from our customers by email and right now when a user completes the order form we get an email of the order and it pulls the customers email address from the email input field to use as the from email address. It just helps us keep track of orders and customers better.

    Thanks for the clarification.

    Just for confirmation that I have understood your inquiry correctly. What you need is to show the email address of your custumer as the real Sender or from email and not our noreply@ emails, is that correct?

    If so, actually that is possible. All you need to do is to setup and account with Mandrill and then get the SMTP credentials and use that info to add a custom sender email. Please follow the steps of this guide which will help you to accomplish what you need: Set Email Field as the Notification Sender Email Address with Mandrill
