    send both, a auto responding email to the client plus a notification email to me

    It seems I am only able to receive one of the 2. Please let me know what the problem is. Thank you

    We apologize for this inconvenience. Upon investigating the form, you have improper settings on your Notifications and Autoresponder.

    All Notifications(3): You left the "Sender Name" as blank you should set it to "JotForm" or "Full Name"


    Autoreponder: The only reason why you are not receiving the autoresponder is because you have not set your Recipient email and left it blank. Please map or set it to an Email textbox


    I have also checked your email addresses on the Notifications if it is listed in our bounce list but they are not. They should work fine after doing the above correctiosn. For more information, please refer to: How to setup email alerts to prevent email bouncing related issues.
