    Does JotForm pass UTM data to a database?

    Hi Lara, thank you for reaching us.

    To confirm, would you like to track URL UTM's value? If that's the case, you may simply add two Short Text Entry elements into your form. You may name the fields as follows: 

    utm_source

    utm_campaign

    You may hide the fields if you do not want them to appear in the form.

    Then, you may use our pass data via URL parameters feature.
