    Thank you for contacting us.

    This is possible to drag an email message from 'Promotions' to 'Primary' tab, and this will ask you to save the changes on Google Mail. I would like to recommend checking the following article in order to get more information on the subject:

    I have made a quick test with a form Autoresponder, and my test submission went to the 'Primary' tab. It is probably that Google scan the content, and based on that scan, some messages might be placed into 'Promotions' or some other tabs, but we do not get any complaints about this. I hope that this will not be a problem for our form Email Notifications and Autoresponders.

    The problem seems to be related to the content of your Autoresponder(s). I did several tests, and when I removed the following information from email template, Autoresponder went to the 'Primary' tab.

    I would like to recommend you to test the Autoresponders with different content. Alternatively, you can ask your clients to move your email from the 'Promotions' tab.

    It is a shame. There is t - it not a way to submit our address or mail to gmail for it be added in green list or primary tab of gmail?

    Unfortunately, this is something that Google decide, so we have no influence on this process. You might try to contact Google Support to see if there is any way to 'whitelist' the address.

    It seems to be not that easy :) You might post an issue on Gmail Help Forum, see (How can I actually contact gmail support?).

    And their phone support is available for Google Apps administrators of Google Apps for Business, Education, Government, or Nonprofit accounts (Worldwide phone numbers for Google Enterprise support).
