Can you receive form submission content in the body of an email, rather than as an attachment?

    Hi Melissa,

This is not available with JotForm at this time and for a good reason. Some users anticipate very huge files (up to 1GB, even more!) from their own customers/clients, and letting the file uploads be sent as attachments rather than a link will be a headache for them. Hence, we decided to stick with hyperlinks to access uploaded files.

If you want to get your files directly to your computer, you may want to consider using the JotForm-DropBox Integration. If properly configured an synchronized, you will receive form submissions and file uploads straight into your desktop or laptop. For further information, please click here.

Thank you for your understanding and we appreciate your continued patronage to JotForm!
