It appears that your account's ssl limit has been reset twice for this month. I believe that you have been warned about this issue, therefore we can no longer do this for you. You would either have to wait for the next month, when your limits automatically resets or upgrade your account to a Premium or Professional subscription.
I apologize but there is nothing else we can do about this. We have given you enough warnings and instructions on how to not use ssl.

You're right Neil,
But you must remember that I was oriented, but I was not explained clearly how to solve.
Because the problem was not the setting but in HTML JOTFORM Blog.
Recalling also that is reset was only one time and not 2 as you said.
Is there still possibility to help me? is very important to me these forms.

You were given instructions on how to not use SSL forms in these threads that you have opened:
I think you were informed well enough. Again, I apologize but I cannot do any resets anymore. Your forms will be re-enabled on the next month anyway, which is just around a week from now. If waiting is not an option, you can upgrade your account anytime to enjoy a higher submissions limit.
