    Hello,

When attaching the PayPal Widget on this registration, people hit SUBMIT leading them to PayPal, but not submitting the needed registration.

    Please advise.

    Hello Ashley,

You may make the payment field a required one so that the user cannot skip filling it.

Let us know if you have further questions.

    Thanks.

Thank you, but that is not the issue.
PayPal is just an option, but when people are using PayPal, the registrations are not being submitted. I need to set it up so I receive the registrations when people use PayPal.

Do you want the user to have either pay by cash or via PayPal?

    May we understand your workflow?

    Looking forward to your response.

    Thanks.

    Yes,
They can pay via PayPal, check or Venmo. So, the PayPal is optional.
I hope for people to fill out the Jotform and be able to click on the PayPal. Once they Submit, the Jotform goes through and theyre redirected to the PayPal payment.
Right now, hitting Submit gets them to the PayPal option, but DOES NOT submit the Jotform registration information. I believe if they skip the PayPal, the Jotform goes through.

    Greetings,
Could you please switch the PayPal payment method?

Check the screenshot: we provide multiple payment methods. Try one of the ones you see and let us know if the problem still persists.

Each PayPal option did the same thing, or asked for a Business Account.
I am accepting money for our 20 year High School Reunion, we don't have a
    business.
Is there a certain PayPal option you think would work?
I really appreciate all your help with this.

If I'm understanding your concern correctly, I believe what would help you is the information in this guide — How-to-Set-up-PayPal-Along-with-Other-Payment-Options

Please give it a try and let us know if you need any further assistance.

This was a very nice addition!!
But it looks like it still does the same thing-which seems like a big
problem with this PayPal Widget. It directs me to PayPal, but doesn't
submit my JotForm. It even states it as such:
When you select PayPal on the payment option field and submit the form, it
would redirect to PayPal's checkout page where you need to complete the
    payment.
Sorry to be such a hassle, but I'd love if we could get this figured out.
THANK YOU again for your patience!

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I have checked your form and it no longer has the PayPal payment field.

You can set up the PayPal payment field by following the instructions in this guide — How-to-integrate-form-with-PayPal-personal

When using the PayPal Standard or PayPal Personal, the form will redirect to the PayPal payment page so that your respondents may process their payment via PayPal. When the payment is processed it will redirect back to your form to show your respondents that the submission has been completed.

Feel free to let us know if you need any further assistance.
