Using Company server to store data

    Hi there,

    would it be possible for all submissions to be saved on our companys server rather than jotforms?. I know Jotform is secure via SSL and is firewalled, but ideally I wouldnt want jotform admin / IT Support to be able to view submitted data as its confidential.

    If possible how would I set this up? i.e

    1.User submits a form

    2.Submitted forms/data is stored on Company (personal server) and not jotforms

    Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately, JotForm is not designed yet to redirect submission on another server. You might want to consider using JotForm Application if you want all your data to be on your own server. However, this is already out of scope of our support team and is not qualified in answering JotForm Application or licensing inquiries. Please contact interlogy at using their contact page

    However, if you really want to stick to and pass submissions on your server's database. You have to use a webhook for that to call your custom script externally.


    You will need to create your own custom script that connects to your database and fetches the RawRequest data from the form when user submits it then inserts to your database. This is being output as JSON format.
