How to create conditions to hide/show multiple fields?

Asked by jbellamy on December 27, 2013 at 12:14 PM

I have been attempting to create this form with conditions that allow the user to indicate how many children and then have the appropriate number of fields to show up for each one of those children to be filled out. I have reviewed over and over for several hours the information shown within the forums and tried to replicate it but its not working. If a person says 4 kids - then 4 collapsed sections should show... and so forth. I would appreciate your help on this.

Your form was not working becuase the Form collapses did not have the correct Status and Visibility. Also, the conditions you created were not the most accurate. However, I cloned your form and made some changes so that you can use it. Please take a look at this form if this is what you are looking for: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/33605636311953

If that's what you need, you can easily clone my form and use it for your needs by following this guide: How to clone an existing form from a URL

You can find the detailed instructions on how to accomplish that at this guide: How to Hide or Show Multiple Fields at Once Based On a Single Conditional Entry

Please inform us if you need further assistance with this.

Jotform is one of the few products that I use which is great. I have never submitted a support request and not received exceptional customer service in getting my needs met in such a quick and efficient manner. Thank you and your team for all that you do to make JotForm the great product it is. More companies should follow your lead in how customer support should be done and having knowledgable staff to actually assist the customers when they can't figure it out on their own. Again, thank you!
