I have checked your account and you have reached your upload limit for the free plan which is 100MB of uploaded files.
You would have to upgrade your subscription to a paid plan to increase your limit or delete some of your submissions with the uploaded files to free up your upload space.
Guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/377-how-to-delete-form-submission-data
Please note that we cannot recover deleted submission data, I would suggest you download your submission first before deleting.

Please note that the deleted submissions are moved to the Trash folder from which you need to permanently delete them to clear the space.

Hi Nik, thanks so much for that. I have now done this and so there should only be 8 active submissions in the current folder, which surely wouldn't be taking up that space as it's still saying we are over.
Can you check if i have done this properly?
thanks so much

Hi Kelly Ann,
I have checked your submission and you do have 8 submissions but with multiple uploaded files.
Currently, you have only 46.52MB of uploaded files.
I have cleared your form cache and you're not over the limit anymore.
Kindly check again and let us know how it goes.
