Thank you for contacting us. A sub user is a type of Jotform user that was invited by another JotForm user and sharef his forms to the sub user's Jotform account. The JotForm user can specify permissions to the subuser whether he can only view the form or can edit it only or both.
On the image below, you can either share all your forms or share specific forms. Then add permissions to view or to edit.
You can only invite anyone by using their email address and they will receive invitation via email. If the email address is not yet a JotForm user, they need to use their email address and sign up a free account. If they have an account already they can now see your forms from their account.
This is useful if you have employees or friends that you can instruct to edit your forms or just view your forms for approval without giving them your login details to your Premium account. If you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us again. Thank you
