embedding to a websiteAsked by carlo on December 28, 2013 at 04:40 AM
I own a few restaurants and was looking at embedding an customer evaluation form on my website. When I create the form on jotform, does it allow me to embedd it to my website. Also is that option for all pricing?
I also wanted to know if I created an evaluation form, if there was an option to change what email address the submitted form was sent to.
I would place the form on this website link www.gords.ca/contact
First, I would suggest creating an account with Jotform first so you can managed your forms easily with a sufficient free limits, respectively. Next, clone that form to your account by clicking "Use Template" button. http://jotform.ca/form-templates/restaurant-feedback-form. It should create a brand new form with the same template on your account.
Yes, you can embed the form to your website using the provided embed codes. This article will give you insights on what embed code the works best for your site. https://www.jotform.com/help/67-Which-Form-Embed-Code-Should-I-Use
The notification of that form should have your account email as the recipient but here's how to change the notification email recipient if you want: https://www.jotform.com/help/41-Finding-out-E-mail-Address-used-for-submission-notifications
