JotForm will not open after not having a internet connection for a little bit

I use JotForm very often. For about the last month, my ipad has not had internet access. In that time, I have accumulated around 50 new form entries. Now that I have internet access, the iPad keeps crashing and I can't load the program. Is there a method to retrieve the lost data or force load the program? Is the data lost?

The data is not lost. If you want to access the submissions using your iPad, kindly reinstall JotForm app. You may also access your submissions using other devices, you just need to login to do so.
