Didn't create password to begin with

    To Whom This May Concern,

    I am trying to get me account started to create documents. When I go to click on my avatar at the top right to put in my information it asks me for my current password, in order to create a new password. However, I did not create a password in the first place.

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I can only assume that you are using your Google Account or Facebook account credentials when signing in to your JotForm account. So you can establish a password for your JotForm account, you can follow the instructions in this guide — How-to-reset-JotForm-account-password
