I have performed a test on your page and seems like the form cannot be filled when you click on the start button, kindly try embedding the form using the iFRame code, this guide will help you to get it: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-getting-the-form-iframe-code
Let us know how it goes.

Hello There!
Thank you for your message.
Please try with the following iFrame code:
<iframe id="JotFormIFrame-210486464857062" title="CD Lead Form - HubSpot Enabled" allowtransparency="true" allowfullscreen="true" allow="geolocation; microphone; camera" src="https://form.jotform.com/210486464857062" frameborder="0" style="min-width: 100%;height:839px;border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>
Let us know if now is working.

We've added this iframe code and it doesn't seem to make a difference:

Is there anything else you'd recommend we try?
Thanks!

Hello there,
Thank you for your response! Can you please try the following, and let us know whether this issue persists? Please fully remove your form from your webpage, and then recopy the iFrame code with the "Fullscreen" option set to disabled, and re-embed your form.
User Guide- https://www.jotform.com/help/148-getting-the-form-iframe-code
It looks like there is some sort of a conflict between the Full Screen option, and some of the scripting that already exists on your webpage. Please let us know if this problem persists after re-implementing this iFrame with the "Full Screen" option disabled.
Thank you!
