Forwarding multiple submissions at once via email in Form Inbox.

    i have a tournament where three judges score a competitor. there are 3 separate submissions person. how can i send all three to the same email at once. i have clicked all three submisions and hit forward but only the first one gets sent

    Hello there,

    To clarify, do you want to the submission to be sent to the judges for them to give a score to the competitor?

    If so, you must add separate scoring fields for each judges. Then, put the email of these judges as recipient of your autoresponder. Do not forget to add an edit link to the autoresponder so that the judges can edit the submission to input their scores.

    Apologies as I forgot to elaborate how to send the autoresponder to multiple recipients.

    To send the autoresponder email to the three judges, you may create the condition below.

    Note: For this condition to work on your form, you can either turn OFF read only on your competitor field so that one could put a data in there or you can add "Team McCuish" as default value of the competitor field.

    no i want the 3 judges comments and scores(submissions) to be sent to the competitor in one single email

    Hello!

    The email forward functionality (as indicated in the below email) only sends one submission at a time.

    So, if you want to email these three submissions to someone; this needs to be done (emailed) separately for all submissions.

    We also have a reports feature that allows you to generate an HTML report for all submissions which is then accessible via a URL. In case you're interested, this is the implementation guide.

    Oh well, I have to tell you that is a huge disappointment! I have some competitors who have entered four or five divisions! Now we have to individually send their comments and scores out to them. So that means they’re going to be getting 15 or 20 emails when I should be able to just send one email per division. I think this is something you should fix and make work! Because doing this individually is very time consuming with all the competitors we have!

    Hi again,

    As stated earlier, kindly note that it's unfortunately not possible to forward multiple submissions at once via email in Jotform Inbox.

    However, you don't need to send multiple emails either, as you can simply include other submissions in the same email body by simple copy-pasting them in.

    you have not been any help to be honest! copy and pasting is just as time consuming. i should simply be able to click the box next to each judges comments and hit send. simple. you should consider making this change to make this process easier

    How about adding all fields for the judges 1-3 to fill and only letting the autoresponder email to be sent to the competitor once all three judges finished all scoring?

    Will that workaround might fit your requirements?

    That sounds great in theory. And I have no idea how to do that! That’s why it would be better if there was someway to actually speak to a person on the phone! That way somebody could help talk people through these things. Also, I have been sending out emails from the site, and some people are getting them and some people are not! Suggestions

    In one of the responses above, from Patrick R, He shows exactly what I have been doing. Forwarding the emails on from that link. However, several of my competitors have told me they have not received any emails after I have sent them several times. What’s up with that?

    Hello! Our emails sometimes land in SPAM folders; please ask them to check SPAM folder of their Emails as well. In case they still don't see these emails, let us know their email addresses; we'll check our logs and get back to you.

    Regarding your second query; unfortunately, we do not provide phone support but we can provide you exact instructions to implement what @Cecile_A recommended (maybe a screencast). Let us know if you want us to.
