I created forms and published them on my web site. Now, it is maxed out. I bought a bronze plan but I can not find my forms.

    Could you please provide us more details about the issue? I'm quite not sure what you mean by "maxed out", can you elaborate more? I checked your account and you currently don't have any forms there. If you still have the link to your form saved somewhere, kindly please share it with us so we can check.

    The form says over quota.

    Hi there,

    The forms you provided are under the account of "me**ershi*com***te*bn**etn@gm**l.com". Is that your account as well? If so, that account is currently in an "OVERLIMIT" status, because the monthly submission limit has already been reached. We'll have next month for the submission limit to reset.

    If you want to move the forms to your account, kindly please make a request using the account email I posted here.

    Yes please. Move the forms that I have on membershipcommitteebnisetn@gmail.com to my current paid account.

    Unfortunately, we are not allowed to transfer forms unless the request comes from the account that owns the forms. This is done for security reasons.

    You are currently logged in as radioelaine and the forms you want to transfer belong to the account under the username membershipcommitteebnisetn.
