I have changed the submission email address and they are still going to the wrong email?

Please make sure that you save the form recipient settings. I'd suggest checking this guide: Finding out E-Mail Address Used for Submission Notifications.
Note that changing your account email address doesn't change anything on your form recipient settings. You'll have to go through each form and manually change it by following the guide above.
