How can I connect the Product Inventory template with the Order Tracking Template?

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that the product data including inventory data you receive in form "Product Inventory Information Record Form", you want that inventory to be connected in other form where user's order product?

Unfortunately no, it is not possible to manage the product inventory data from another form. You can import the data of one form to another table, but it cannot be used in form
