How to switch off reCaptcha ?

    Hi, thank you for contacting support.

    We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

    Are you submitting the form multiple times? Please note that our system will automatically add a captcha field when multiple submissions are received from the same IP address in a short period of time to prevent spam submissions.

    I will report the issue to our developers and ask them to whitelist your form. We will inform you via this support ticket once the issue is resolved.

    Hi ,

    Thanks for your reply. Yes, the same form is submitted multiple time in short duration for a robot demo that we designed for a client. Going forward how do we request futures forms be whitelisted and what would be the SLA for the same.

    Hoping for a configurable option and as well as sooner SLA since we are paying for the subscription.

    Hi again,

    Please note that we have an anti-spam measure in place. The captcha is only asked when we detect unusual traffic from an IP address or if the system detects that submissions are suspected to be coming from a bot.

    You may try to clone the problematic form and use the cloned version instead as a temporary solution.

    I can also see that my colleague has already escalated the issue to our developers to have a look into it.
