Downloading PDF Submissions from a Google Sheets integrated form

    Hello JotForm:

Thank you for this helpful information. I like that I can download each submission as a PDF.

My question is if I choose the integration feature to export submission data to Google sheets, will I still see each submission in the way described above? More importantly, will I be able to still download each submission as a PDF if the data exports to Google Sheets?

    Hello there,

Thank you for contacting JotForm Support! If you have a Google Sheets integration in place, you will still have the ability to download your Submission PDF's directly through your JotForm Account. The Google Sheets integration will not stop us from storing data in your JotForm Account, and will instead act as more of a secondary location for your data to be viewed.

Please let me know if this does not answer your question, or if you have any additional questions.

    Thank you!

    Thank you Andrew!

Since I am new to JotForm, let me ask if the two-step method I have described (Google Sheets integration and download data as a PDF) is the best way to create a spreadsheet to house the data and a separate document for each application?

If it is difficult to say if there is a better way since the answer may be relative to the intended purpose, then I would rephrase my question to ask if there are alternative ways to accomplish the same purpose of the data being visible on a spreadsheet as well as an individual document for each submission?

Hello Arlene - There is no way to export the PDF into the Google Sheet, so as my colleague has mentioned, you can use Google Sheet integration to house the data in an external spreadsheet, then just download the PDFs manually on your JotForm account.

Or if you want, you can do the following:

1.) Google Sheet integration - For a spreadsheet copy of data

2.) Google Drive integration - For PDF copies

    Thank you John,
If I manually save each submission as a PDF, is it possible for it to be
housed on the JotForm platform? Or do saved PDFs of JotForm data have to
    be saved on Google Drive?
Now I need to ask about emailing this
    https://form.jotform.com/211346961536155 to about 700 recipients. I can
create an email in Beehively or Smore to all recipients. Or is there an
easy way to accomplish this task in JotForm?

Please note that by default, all your data is stored in JotForm. If you'll be using the mobile app, then you can follow this guide:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/366-how-to-view-your-forms-and-submission-data-in-jotform-mobile-forms-app

If you'll be using a desktop, you can view the submissions either in your Tables, JotForm Inbox or PDF Editor pages. You can even create reports.

All data sent to third-party apps are simply copies, your data will still reside in JotForm unless deleted.

Meanwhile, I have moved your other question to a separate ticket linked below:
