The submission counter resets every 1st Day of the Month.
I checked your account and noted that you already exceeded the limits of allowed submission for the Month. Your account status is now Overlimit because of this.
Since your account have reached Overlimit status, it will NOT be able reset the counter to zero(0). You will need to delete a few submissions to suppres the Overlimit status. Make sure that it only reaches at maximum 100 submissions.
Or you can also take the paid plan option -- this will remove all the current limitations.
Having the paid plan is also suitable than loosing submissions, more specifically, if your business wasable exceed the 100 limitations every time.
