No response from 13 submitted forms

JotForm is an online service that allows users to easily create forms and collect data. You might have filled out forms that are created using JotForm. You need to reach out to the owner of the forms to get updates regarding your submissions.

I Hope you are doing well too. Kindly can you specify the owner because I filled the forms using the  F-1 Middle & High School Program. There i chose the High schools that were available i filled the forms and submitted them so whom should i contact ?, The F-1 program, The Jot forms or the school to whom the form was given about.

If the F1 Program used our services to create the form that you filled out, you should contact them about your submission information.

Unfortunately, we're not allowed to provide information about the form owners beyond the account name. Additionally, we would need a link to the form in question to find that information.
