I hope you're doing well and thanks for reaching out. I understand that you're having an issue with PayPal integration.
I've checked the form and it appears that you're able to integrate your PayPal Business account.
Can you kindly provide us more details such as error messages or screenshots so we can further assist you?
In the meantime, please check the type of your PayPal account and choose the appropriate payment method from the Payment Widget tab(PayPal Person, PayPal Pro, PayPal Commerce, etc.) To switch payment gateway, click the 3 dots next to PayPal Business and choose Switch to another payment gateway.
Once done, try connecting your PayPal account once again.
