how to upload data

I was uploading three images but when i am hitting the submit option,it says please wait and after this that page is stuck there only.I can't upload my file.Please help.

Also, I assume you are not the owner of the form since I just checked there is no Jotform account associated with your email. I would also suggest contacting the form owner for further assistance. Usually, they are the ones who sent you the form link or the owner of the website where the form is embedded.
