if i have an arrival date and a departure date, can i calculate the amount of days the person is staying?
- JotForm SupportEltonCrisAnswered on December 30, 2013 at 05:17 AM
Unfortunately, we do not have such tool but that's doable when use two DateTime (calendar) fields under Quick Tools then get your form source code and inject custom script that calculates the number of days.
If you require assistance to achieve this function, let us know your final form with the two calendar fields so we can assist you with this.

yes please a bit of help would be great:
Can the agenda report block all dates that are booked?
- JotForm SupportEltonCrisAnswered on December 30, 2013 at 06:15 AM
Thanks. I will get back to you with final form later today or tomorrow morning (GTM+8).
I am not sure if I can provide you workaround for the booked dates, this sounds pretty complex but let me just give it a try.

great, just let me know

Sorry for the delay, been hang up on new year celebration. :)
Anyway, here's the date calculation script, just take your form source code and add the calculation script below your form source code.
Calculation script: http://pastiebin.com/52c51021a2d88
You can then embed your form using the entire source code on your page, or you can save it as HTML file and upload it to your server.
I'm not sure if I can provide you a booking function, it seems very complex, and it may involved custom PHP script with Jotform API. I couldn't promise you anything about this but hopefully if I find extra time, I will give this a try.
Let me know if you have issues with applying the calculation date script. Thanks!

I would like to use the form you have done:https://shots.jotform.com/elton/workaround/calculate_calendar_fields.html
Where can I achieve the script?
- EliezerNAnswered on February 20, 2014 at 11:28 AM
I found in a Elton's previous message the link of the page where my he shared his script, here it is: http://pastiebin.com/52c51021a2d88
However, I am not quitely sure if it needs to be a customized script for your form specifically or if it could be the same. At any rate, if that does not work for you, kindly open a new thread and make your request so that we can provide help for your particular form.
