    Hi jocenters,

You can clone your existing forms in your free account into your paid account by following the steps indicated on this thread:

Note however that only your forms will be imported and not the submissions and uploaded files associated with it. It would be best if you can upgrade the same JotForm account (the currently free account).

Hope this helps. Thank you for being a loyal JotForm user!

Forms are easy to import from one account to another. The problem is with the submissions as currently, there is no way to import or move them between accounts. The best advice I can give you regarding submissions is to keep a consolidated excel file of all submissions in both accounts in your computer.

To clone a form from another account, you must know the url of that form. To get the url, click Preview while editing it then copy the url.

Hope this post was of any help to you. Let us know if there's anything else you'd like to ask.
