We are sorry to hear that. I can't reproduce the issue on my end, what we can probably try is to isolate the issue whether this is email related or the problem is on Jotforms end. Before you begin testing please try clearing your browsers cache then try a different email first like gmail,yahoo etc. and if this works the problem might be related to the verification code that was sent to you or it could be the email.
