I'm not receiving my email notifications that a form has been submitted.

    I'm also wondering what "conditional" means on my "Application Submitted". I've done several forms through you guys and haven't seen notification, or had issue with email notification. The page in which I'm referencing is here.  http://crfmetalworks.com/apply-with-crf-metal-works/


    It might take some time to view, since our hosting company, Network Soutions, is experiencing issues... again...

    Hi Jennifer,

    I already replied to your question in your first thread here: https://www.jotform.com/answers/310241

    However, let me clarify here a little about what the "Conditional" little box on the Notification means. The "Conditional" little box appears in your notification because you had created a condition saying that if Signature is filled then send your notification to the email info@fatptarmigan.com.

    However, after double checking your form I can see that you alaready deleted the condition from your form and the notification no longer have the "Conditional" box on it.
