I do not have the option to 🔘 ENABLE WHEN FORM HAS 10+ QUESTIONS. I am having an issue with clients being required to create a JotForm account in order to save their form to complete later. I am looking into other ways to save when I came across this new feature.

    Hello @centerforbrain,

Thank you for contacting JotForm Support.

Please note that due to HIPAA privacy policies, having the "Save and Continue Later" feature enabled will require that anyone who saves the form will need to have an active JotForm account.

You, as the owner of the form and someone with an active JotForm account, can save the form and automatically receive the session link in your email. However, if your users want to save their form progress, they will need to create JotForm accounts, or they will simply need to finish the form in one sitting.

Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns, we are always happy to help.

    Hello @Mazikana,

Please note that you have inserted your question in a support ticket that belongs to another user. For future reference, if you have questions or comments, it is recommended that you create your own support ticket.

I have now moved your concern to its own ticket to avoid confusion. You can find the new support ticket via this link - https://www.jotform.com/answers/3113934
