    Embedding form into Wordpress Site

    I have tried to do this by numberous methods ie Html, Jot Form widget and each time I test it I get a Norton message saying it is a malcious site.  Can you help me

    Are you using our Wordpress Plugin? If so, are you still getting that message? can you please provide us with more details like as on which moment this happens?

    Thanks for your response. Attached is a screen shot after I have pressed
    the submit button on the form ( I have used the wordpress widget to insert
    the form on the page)

    Thank you for giving us further information. Unfortunately, for some reason we failed to see your attachement. You may upload your image here on our own server http://www.jotform.com/help/image_upload.php?naked=true and provide us with the generated image link so that we can see your screenshot.     Can you please try uploading and sharing the Image Link for your screenshot again? For some reason I am not able to view it on my end so I think it may have become corrupted. I tried to tweak the link to see if I could be able to somehow view the Screenshot but no luck at the moment since currently I'm not fully understanding the issue you are having.

    Alternatively, I would like to suggest if our uploader is giving you trouble then you may want to try using a Third-Party Service such as IMGUR to host the Image File then just link or copy and paste it here.
