    Hi CeliloHealth,

    Yes, Jotform secure forms generally comply with the HIPAA requirements on transmission of sensitive information. The SSL protocol on the form generally suggests that when the information is transmitted from the client side (browser) to our servers, the information is encrypted, thus allowing the network transmission of the submitted info to be secure, as there is no way that the sensitive information can be compromised.

    Once reaching JotForm servers, they do take high regards on their security measures to ensure that any information submitted through their forms cannot be easily compromised due to server attacks.
