Is there any way to hide empty form fields in the email notifications in a Approval Workflow?

Hi,
Yes, you can hide empty form fields in email notifications.
There is a guide for this.
In short, you need to go to SETTINGS, then EMAILS, and for NOTIFICATIONS click on the pencil icon.
Click on the tab ADVANCED and scroll down to Hide Empty Fields.
NOTE: Be aware that for this feature to work, you should use the default data table in your email notification and autoresponder email. You can add texts and new rows, but do not change the questions labels and field tags.
Send a reply if any problems.
Thanks

Does this work in an approval workflow that just got released? I don't see that as an option.

Oh, sorry, you're right, I do not see any such option either for the reply on an approval in an approval workflow.

I was able to replicate the issue:
And there's no option in the Approval Workflow email template's settings to hide empty fields.
I am sending this to our developers for further investigation. You will be notified here as soon as an update is provided.

Hi cookingwithtony,
We implemented the option to 'Hide Blank Fields in Email'. Now you can enable this option and only the filled fields will be shown in the form emailed.
If you experience any problems or have any questions about it, please get in touch with us.
