    Hello,

We are sorry about the inconvinience this caused you.

Please take a look at our best practices when making forms, they will give you an idea of avoiding automated suspension due to suspected phishing.

However, our automated system is constantly learning not to return false positives, and any form that cannot be accurately measured is put under review for a dedicated security team to inspect, who will whitelist your form(asssuming its not a security compromise), reducing the posibility for a false positive detection by the system.

Please bear with us as we make Jotform a more secure environement for you and your users alike, and we thank you for your patience.

Your form was consequently whitelisted after a review by the security team.

We sincerely apologize for that inconvinience.

    What Happened:

All forms (including yours, new and old) are subjected to an automated security check to ensure that there is no violation of the terms of service

Every day, thousands of people on the internet lose their passwords and sensitive information due to the unscrupulous activities of unsavoury individuals/parties, our security checks ensure that this never happens through Jotform

This process is automated, and is not targeted on any account or form, but based on certain algorithms that reflect best practice.

You may not have had to do anything other than create a new form, or change a field on any of your forms.

    How We Constantly Resolve This:

To further improve this check, there are dedicated security specialists who make sure that false positives from the automated security check do not inconvinience innocent forms, its not perfect, but the process is highly responsive and it is constantly adapting to accuracy.

We have since whitelisted your form. Please confirm if you are able to access it and use it as expected.

If you are still not able to access your form(s), please let us know.
