I am missing about 90% of my form since the problems this morning

Please help restore this to its original as it was yesterday as I have vast amount of personalisation on this form that I don't want to lose.

We have been informed by our dev team that the issues related to the forms loosing the changes made on them have been fixed. Could you please confirm us if everything is working fine from your side too by this moment?

No, as per my recent email the form is still missing most of the information that it previously held. If you investigate the conditions within the form, you can see that the majority say the fields have been deleted.
I can send you a link to a dropbox file which will show that the form was much bigger with many more fields that are no longer there

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
Upon checking your form, I found out that most of the form fields are missing.
We are aware that there were some issues yesterday because of the a update made to our system. Our backend team have already resolved this issue. I am not sure why your form still has this issue. Upon checking your account history, I found that there were several updates made to this form yesterday. It could be possible that the fields must have been accidently deleted.
I am sending your issue to our back end team and we will wait to hear from them if the lost fields and the conditions can be recovered. We will get back to you as soon as we have any information on this.

Thank you for looking into this for me.
I was making only very minor changes to the form when I logged in yesterday to check that the form was ready to go live. I can confirm that I did not delete any of the fields that were within the form at the start of yesterday's session.
It was whilst I was working on the final touches to the form yesterday that the form started to have problems and (as per other threads within the forum) the majority of the form disappeared by itself.

Though we do not provide restoration service but let us wait for our back end team's response to find out if there is any possibility to recover the deleted form's fields and conditions.
