Cancelled Premium Account Day Following Charge - request refund

    To whom it may concern, 

    I have accdidently allowed my Jotform account to renew for an additional year (charge dropped yesterday), however I'm only in need of a free account this year. I found this support thread and followed the instructions, however I want to confirm there is nothing else I need to do in order to recieve the refund.

    There is nothing else to do. The account was never downgraded due to a bug, but it's now set to free

    Jeanette, I'm still seeing the charge. As this is within 30 days, shouldn't I get a refund?
