Approval Workflow: Ability to reverse the status of the Approval workflow

By mistake the case was approved but you do not have the elements for it. how can i reverse it.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to reverse the approval status.

Let me forward it as a feature request ticket.

We implemented the ‘Undo’ function for the approvals. Now you can undo your approval actions within 5 seconds by clicking ‘Undo’ on notification pop up.
