I have a simple workflow that is working. However, if an approver requests more information from the person who submits the form a couple things need to happen.
1) That person should submit the form and ideally have a checkbox at the end that says they have completed the change.
2) The approver should get a new email letting them know the edit was made.
How do I accomplish this checkbox not showing up originally, but only upon editing and how do I trigger an email from that?

Please allow me some time to conduct some test, and I will get back to as soon as I have more information.
Thank you.

Hi,
Please refer to the steps outlined below:
- You can add the checkbox and set it to hidden.
- Add the Get Page URL widget to check if the submission is edited.
- Create a new Notification email for the approver to know that the edit was made.
GUIDE: setting-up-email-notifications - Create a condition that triggers to send the email once the edit has been made.
