Field validation gets stuck on URL

    Hi, I worked around this but thought I'd mention it.  3 forms I created last night have a 'website' field and I selected URL as validation on each one in each form.  In testing today I thought the validation was a little clunky, so I decided to remove the URL validation.  I edited each form and selected NONE from the drop down, and yes I SAVED the form each time. I did this with each form and then tested each form again, and noticed URL validtion was still on the field on all three.   I went back into the form editor and selected NONE again, saved it, looked at it again, still had URL as validation. What I did to work around it was select EMAIL as validation, then without saving the form or leaving the editor I selected NONE and then saved it. Presto, it worked. 

    Cool site and great customer service from what I've seen. Looking forward to doing more with you. I wish IE 8 and 9 didn't require an HTML5 or XHTML DOCTYPE to work with Lightbox embedding.

    Hi Brent,

    Great to know that you've sorted it out. I would suggest clearing your forms cache if that happens again: How to Clear your Form Cache. Also clear your browsers cache and cookies for Jotform then login again to do the changes.

    The lightbox should work with any kind of browser, but we recommend the most updated ones
