A few days ago I asked about how to print the forms and get the actual completed form, not a print of the screen shot (with only part of the form and the listing of every other form in queue at the bottom of page). I added the "print" button to the bottom of my form, next to the submit button per your advice...but when I click "my forms", choose the correct form, then click "print" icon at top left corner of screen (per your printing video) I am still getting a screen shot. I am part of a medical office and really need to be able to print these forms. Please help, again.

I noticed that you are using IE8, a browser with a notorious reputation amongst webmasters and web developers. It might be possible that the script responsible for printing the submission entry isn't being rendered properly by your browser.
Can you please try another browser, such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox? I have tried printing one of the submission entries in the form you specified in the other support threads you have opened. It was printed perfectly, using Google Chrome on my end.
Let us know if you still weren't able to print properly using the browsers I have mentioned above.
