    We have a form that's not working

    Hi! We have form entitled "Group Tour Preliminary Booking Form" that is not working. It did work once, and we received the submission, but since it has not worked, and does not go to the thank you page or record any other submissions. What are we doing wrong?

    I was able to reproduce the issue when I test submitted your form http://www.jotform.us/form/32613731982153 . Though I am still not able to figured out what is the caused of this yet.

    However, when I cloned your form and tested it, the issue did not occur anymore as I was able to test submit successfully and see the Thank You page.


    Please try cloning the form and test the cloned version also. See if this resolves the issue.

    Sorry for not seeing the issue much earlier.

    I found out why your form only allows 1 submission only -- it is because the Form Submission Limit was set to ONLY 1.


    Please refer to this guide on How-to-Limit-Submissions-in-a-Form 

    Hope this resolve the issue. Inform us if not.
