    Hello,

    Love your product!

    Three questions:

    - How can I insert my company logo in the Autoresponder email?

    - How can I remove Jotform's logo header from the Autoresponder?

    - Can I format the autoresponder email (e.g., background color)?

    Thank you!

I can help with the logo.  The jot form logo is just an image.  When you are in the settings for your email, just click on the jot form logo once and hit DELETE.  Then just click the "image" icon (looks like a tree) in the toolbar and insert your own logo.  If you're going to insert it onto several forms, just copy and paste it so you don't have to go through the insert process over and over again.

Can't help with the background color...I've never tried to change that.

Yes you can insert your own logo in the autoresponder email by clicking on the part of the email body where you want to insert the image, and then clicking the small image icon in the toolbar.

The insert/edit image will show up. You will need to enter the url for your logo (should be uploaded in the internet, not on your computer). Click insert when finished filling out details. (only image url is required, other fields are optional)

    To change background color:

    1.  Click the small html icon in the toolbar of the Compose Email Wizard. This will bring up the source codes for the email message

    2.  Replace #f7f8fc with any html color code or html color name that suits your preference.

    3.  Click Update to save the changes. Do not forget to save your form.

For further customization, you may also copy the autoresponders full source code and paste it in your favorite website editor, such as Dreamweaver, and customize it as you would a real webpage. Just be sure to not mess up the {placeholders} for your form fields.

In any case that these placeholders get modified unexpectedly, you may replace them by using the Form Fields menu in right hand side of the Compose Email wizard.

We hope you find this solution useful. Please contact us again if there's anything else that you require assistance with.
