Submission counter did not reset on first day of this monthAsked by Dessi on January 01, 2014 at 10:00 PM
Hi, I haven't been able to find an answer to this. It says that my forms have reached the limit of 100 submissions per month, and that they will be disabled today. My question is, if my forms were created in December, and reached their quota in December, shouldn't they remain open, given that today starts a new month with its quota of 100 submissions?
Thanks in advance.
That is correct, the submission counter resets on the first day of every month.
Upon checking your account, I found out that your submission counter was not reset and still shows the count as 320.
I have checked your submission list of all forms and counted all the submission you have received on January 01, 2014. Your submission counter should actually show 110 submissions.
I am reporting this to our backend team to figure out what went wrong. We will get back to you as soon as we have any information on this.
I fixed your counts manually now.
