I am using the Matrix on several different forms. When I use the TEXT property it works fine.
BUT, when I use the RADIO BUTTON property for data input, it mal-functions on 2 completely differnt forms that I am using it on.
Specifically, when the matrix is submitted, the information is recorded in the JOTFORM submissions area correctly. And if I view an individual submission in JOTFORM and then forward it to my email, it is correct.
However, the Email Notification and the Email Auto-Responder are NOT CORRECT. It is checking ALL the boxes that the person DID NOT select and it is leaving the boxes they did select blank.
This is rendering my entire form useless as the information has to go by email to several people....HELP!!!!!!!
Here is a link to one of the two forms this is happening on:

Are you still experiencing this problem? So far, after testing your forms for a couple of times, I still wasn't able to replicate your issue. The autoresponder and notification mails always comes out perfectly. Below are screenshots as proof:
As for radio buttons, I cloned your form and changed the input type to radio button, did a test submit and still achieved the same results. The submitted matrix field displays perfectly fine.

Yes...I am still experiencing the problem. Even as of a couple hours ago. I see that yours worked fine but I have many that did not. It seems to happen more often than not. I can foward you copies of the emails that have come in "backwards" if you think that would help diagnose the problem. Its pretty frustrating because I LOVE, LOVE jotform and have convinced some people to use it for this registratrion process, but......

After further testing (a total of 9 submits), I'm still not able to replicate your problem. We hope you understand that it is a little hard to find the cause of a problem if the problem itself can't be seen. In programming parlance, one cannot debug a program if the bug seems inexistent, or does not emerge at all.
For now, I suggest that you delete and re-create your form's notification and autoresponder emails. After doing so, monitor your form's autoresponder mails then contact us immediately as soon as this problem recurs.
I apologize for any inconvenience caused but that's the best we can do, at least for now.

I experienced the same thing - the data in the emailed submission is different to that in the submissions folder, and different again if a pdf is created.

I think the problem lies the email notification content which is not updated when you have updated your form content.
To fix this: Please delete your existing email notification and create a new one. Then let us know if the problem persists.

Is the difference you're talking about exclusive within the selection options in the matrix field only, or is it across all fields?
Obviously, the original poster's issue has to do with the selected matrix options not showing up properly in the notification e-mails sent to her. I am not sure if she was able to fix the problem since she has not replied to this thread after my last post.
If your problem is exactly the same as hers, please provide us more information, and screenshots of the matrix field values in your notification e-mails and pdf's, if possible. Otherwise, the solution provided by my colleague, Liyam, should suffice if your issue is about missing field values in e-mails and pdf's.
We would love to hear your feedback soon. Thanks!

Thanks for all of your help, I re-entered the display data, and it worked fine.
In the end, I replaced the matrix with drop-down menus (as the row choices could then be hidden, each row appearing when quantities are chosen).
Excellent product, and excellentfollow-up service.
