    Hi Matt,

First off, I'd like to assure you that our service is very much reliable for business use. In fact, we have a lot of business owners with Professional and Premium accounts who have been trusting their business with Jotform for years now.

Jotform is safe, functional and easy to use. However, there are factors out of our control which can affect the performance of forms used in our users' websites. That is the reason why we have a support forum, where customers can ask questions and concerns related to Jotform. Our support team members are always ready and willing to help our users make the most out of Jotform.

Now, with regards to your form, I can see that it is not embedded correctly. Your form is being cut off at the bottom because the widget that holds it (Widget 1) does not have enough height to display the form perfectly. It's height should be at least 1700px instead of 1572px.

That may be the reason why some of your users are having a hard time submitting the form, thus, you're not receiving those submissions at all.

Also, since you're using iWeb to publish your site, you may want to embed the form using iFrame codes. This is to avoid conflicts with JavaScript plugins in your site and the script that is responsible for displaying the form.

To get your form's iframe codes:

    1.  Go to Setup & Embed tab
    2.  Click Embed Form
    3.  Click iFrame

    4.  Copy the codes provided in the succeeding screen

Hope you find this post enlightening. Let me know if there's anything else we can do for you.
