How do I change the email address that form submissions are sent to?

    I've changed the email address on our account, yet the form submissions are still going to the old email account (service@trademarkpropertysolutions.com). We would like all forms for to go to glenmoor@trademarkpropertysolutions.com .

     

    Also, If we create forms in the future that need to get emailed to a different email account other than glenmoor@, is that possible?

    Tina,

    The recipient addresses on your forms' email alerts are supposed to be updated once you change your account's associated email address. However, in your case, it did not happen for some reason.

    I will be investigating the cause and consequently submit a bug ticket if necessary.

    For the meantime, you can manually update the recipient addresses by following the user guide linked below:

    Also, If we create forms in the future that need to get emailed to a different email account other than glenmoor@, is that possible?

    This is possible, but you will have to manually change it for each new form you create, because it will always default to your account's email address.
