Please Help - My form changes saved but an old version of my form is showing.

Asked by RACRUSWAL on January 02, 2014 at 11:50 AM

    Hi Please help,

I have spent the day on Purchase order and part of my form and saved it several times but when I went back into the browser the original form that I started work on this morning with no changes are showing I have done 9 hours work adding prices and changing field headings elsewhere on the form.

I have even submit from the updated form.

This form has been autosaving for me throughout the day and I have even tested it out so it definitely saved the form.  I really am frustrated and I don't want to loose confidence in this service.  but I have to repeat a  full days work ahead of me now.  Please can someone help.  Is the updated form really gone permanently and if so how could this happen when its been saving all along?

We are really sorry for the inconveniences and frustration this may have caused.

This usually happens if you open the form builder for the same form in two different browsers. And, the one you do not change also auto-saves and loses your changes.

We recommend to edit forms in one single browser and to press the Save button anytime you make a change to your form or make clones of your form so that you do not run the risk to loose it. Now, unfortunately there is no way to recover the lost changes, the most recommended is to rebuilt your form and follow the suggestions above.

Accoring to our highers, we have plans to find ways to prevent this from happening and make it possible to restore an old version of the form.
