Submission tests on website with form are not workingAsked by Ascentives on January 02, 2014 at 04:55 PM
I have set up a submission form and then copied the code onto a page on our website. The form looks great but when I try to do a test submission it is not going through and the "Thank you, your submission was sent" is not showing up either.
I also tested the email address and the tests went through fine, any suggestions?
email then and
I checked on this for you on my end and I found that this is the form you are using on your website. From what I can see it appears that you've used the Form's Source Code to embed it into the page in your website. Have you done something to modify it on your end? I can see that it is currently redirecting back to the same page.
It also appears that the Return Event is creating a conflict error in the form since the source should be usable but in your case after I tested this it was not working upon submission. I'm not exactly sure what Host you are using at the moment just yet. Have you considered trying one of our Easy Embed Methods such as in an iFrame or via a Script Source then have the Form setup to redirect back to itself or your page after submission or was there a particular reason you had embedded the form's full source instead?
